With over 15 years of experience as a respiratory therapist in Central Florida, Tabitha has provided advanced care to diverse patient populations. Prior to joining Greencastle, she operated as a sole proprietor, offering organizational improvement consulting and executive coaching. Tabitha holds both a Bachelor's and Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, along with certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma (LSSGB), and executive coaching. He holds a B.S. in Biology and a Master of Public Health, combining his military and public health experience to strengthen community resilience. Cambardella brings over 25 years of military leadership, alongside experience in the pharmaceutical and surgical industries.He is currently the Federal Affairs Lead at Intuitive Surgical. Will has held key roles including Executive Officer during a 2003 deployment to Iraq and Public Affairs Actions Officer for U.S. Africa Command in Germany. His service has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the German Armed Forces Military Efficiency Badge.In addition to his military career, Will has contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at the Air War College and serves as a Reserve Historian for U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
