The Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society -CGCAMS- is a non profit professional organization incorporated in 1938. The mission of the Cape Girardeau County Area Medical is to serve the CGCAMS members and the people of Cape Girardeau County in matters of medical care, prevention and to improve public health. The CGCAMS represents more than 200 Cape Girardeau County physicians.
