    Today the Medallion team had the incredible opportunity to work with a group of ambitious teens from TeenWorks in a series of presentations and mock interviews. Their energy, curiosity, and drive to learn new things is inspiring. ✨ As leaders, it’s our responsibility to provide the next generation with the tools, insights, and feedback they need to grow. Through mock interviews, we’re not just preparing them for job applications; we’re helping build their confidence and helping them realize their potential. Investing time in young talent is everything to us. It pushes us to reflect on our own professional journeys and to give back. A big shoutout to all the teens who participated, you are the future!
