This month, we celebrate Adrien Bibiloni-Morales’ third anniversary at Measures for Justice! Adrien is our Mac Systems Administrator II - so he is in charge of configuring and managing all devices with an Apple logo across the organization.🍎💻 Adrien came to MFJ with over two decades of experience in technology across the for-profit, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors. His favorite part of working at MFJ is the people he works with, who he describes as highly intelligent, mission-driven, curious, and helpful. Outside of the office, Adrien enjoys spending time with his family, playing Real Time Strategy video games, and watching hockey. Congratulations, Adrien, and thank you for always being there to answer any computer questions we have!

July marks 10 years of having our VP of Product & Design, Gipsy at MFJ! Gipsy’s role is to support the execution of our product strategy so that we can continue to provide transparent, accessible criminal justice data across the county. With a background in political science, Gipsy's interest in crime-prevention policy began during her work with the Colombian government, culminating in a PhD in Criminal Justice in 2012. Gipsy’s favorite part of working at MFJ is the incredible team and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the criminal justice system. Outside of work, she enjoys reading horror novels, watching Abbott Elementary, and listening to post-punk/new-wave music. Thank you for everything you do for MFJ, Gipsy!

There’s a lot of information available within Commons, and our goal is to make that information easy to understand and useable for all. Commons engages both the public and their public servants in the process of achieving data transparency with the following features: • A policy goal tracker, • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly criminal justice data trends, • Contextual information, • Filters for comparing data by demographics, • Easy ways to share data, • Community Advisory Boards (CABs) working with agencies to set policy goals. We have three live Commons sites- in East Baton Rouge, LA, Monroe County NY, and Yolo County, CA. We encourage you to explore these platforms and check out the live data here: https://lnkd.in/eUKz3sk4
