On March 20th, 2024, Ronald Young showcased this during a job walk with client, Spire, when a distressed man speaking Spanish sought help for his coworker in a medical emergency. Thinking quickly, Amy Summers turned to Ronald, who translated and coordinated the response. But Ronald’s actions went beyond translation—he comforted the worker, gathered vital information, and facilitated EMS care. His calm demeanor and Mears training were crucial in the successful outcome. And his heroism doesn't stop there. On February 15th, Ronald noticed smoke from a house and called 911, preventing a fire from spreading. Let's give a big round of applause to Ronald, who received the Quanta Services, Inc.
