 Welcome Back to School! McKnight Construction is ready to welcome students back to James F. Byrnes High School, where we've just completed Phase 2 of our 3 Phase project. The school will remain open during Phase 3 of the project, and McKnight will implement our occupied campus protocol to ensure safety on this large and complicated project. Phase 2 included new administration and guidance offices, science labs, classrooms, a life skills classroom, a STEM lab, the Spartanburg District 5 IT repair center, a school store, and a media center. Phase 3 includes an auxiliary gym, a blackbox theater, more science labs and classrooms, a music room, a dance studio, and outdoor courtyard seating.
