Lord Peach, who has served as the senior-most military officer in NATO and as the head of the British armed forces, joins other recent senior advisor appointments including Tadashi Miyagawa, former Director General of Defense Intelligence Headquarters (DIH) at the Japanese Ministry of Defense.
