Last week, the Mattson team got together in Half Moon Bay for an unforgettable off-site retreat. Against the stunning and rugged coastal California backdrop, we kicked things off with a highly productive company-wide meeting, aligning on future goals and reflecting on recent successes. We never have a shortage of work anniversaries to celebrate, so we also recognized the dedication and contributions of those employee-owners with meaningful tenure.
