Marlboro Development Team, Inc. had the privilege of participating in HEYCO Werk USA Inc.'s groundbreaking event yesterday in Gaston County, NC. We are thrilled to partner with HEYCO on the development of this 65,000 SF manufacturing build to suit in the Apple Creek Corporate Center that will support their client, BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC and other European OEM's. We would especially like to thank Greg Krzysko and CJ Walters with Vestian who represented HEYCO, and Gaius Carter and Sloan Kormelink with EDIFICE Construction for making the introduction to the project and for being an outstanding design build construction partner. Our very own Julie Pruett, CEcD and Kyle Edney led MDT's efforts on this project with outstanding support from our in-house construction management team of Bill Keener, Jill Rodgers, AIA, and Michael Walsh, PE.

The roof decking is now complete on our 100,490 SF speculative industrial building in Horry County, SC (Myrtle Beach) at Ascott Valley Industrial Park. Completion is scheduled for Q3 and will be ready for a tenant. Construction is well underway at our 100,000 SF industrial speculative building in Horry County at the Ascott Valley Industrial Park. The concrete slab is poured and wall panels are being formed and we'll go vertical soon.
