I'm a proud Superhuman user -- I can't help but notice that in almost every prod marketing update re: their Ask AI feature, they use: "where is the q3 offsite?" as the AI example prompt. Question for you Rahul Vohra: where is your Q4 offsite? or 2025 Revenue Kick Off, or next Exec Summit? OR (a fast-growing use case we're seeing now) your CAB retreat? For whatever gathering is on the horizon, we want to help. We'll find you an amazing venue, cost savings, and deliver above-and-beyond event planning services and experience design. Marco Experiences

At Marco Experiences, we nerd out on how to plan the most effective team meetings and gatherings. Which makes sense given our focus on rethinking group travel :) I spent the last week with Chris Knochel, Molly Bridges, and Hanna Vieregg in San Francisco. Each team member is leading important workstreams on the Marco team, so we needed the week to be super productive - and fun given we hadn't seen each other in a while! It was a fantastic use of time. It was a great combination of collaborative work, a bit of fun, and extra time to take highly productive external meetings with folks I hadn’t seen in a while. Here are a few tips for making the most out of short trips like this with smaller groups of team members. —> Align on priorities: The first thing we did was align on what we wanted to achieve —> Divide and conquer: Two of us were focused on different workstreams - customer success and sales vs. supply and event operations. We only invited relevant people to the meetings —> Allow for changes in the plan: We were originally going to do property tours in SF and Napa on Friday, but pivoted that to collab time given the workload. Was the right call —> Right amount of social activities: We had dinner and happy hour over the week, but didn’t overdo it given all of what we were trying to accomplish —> Fitness ftw: Morning runs, including hitting the Lyons steps were a highlight —> Share accomplishments afterward: Sharing updates with key stakeholders who weren’t there afterward held us accountable and allowed for knowledge-sharing #employeeconnection #hybrdwork #distributedwork #employeeexperience #futureofwork
