At Maple City Health Care Center, our mission is that we improve our community's health by making quality comprehensive health care accessible to all. Our medical sites are family practices that offer integrated medical care including obstetrics, midwifery, pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health counseling, social work, chronic disease case management, addictions recovery, nutritional services, healthy living groups, group care programs, and tattoo removal.
