Over the weekend our #team got the opportunity to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, working on a home for a family in need! Our #corevalues at Lucas Systems, Inc. emphasize the importance of relationships among our team members, customers, industry partners, and community. Working with the Habitat for Humanity gave some of our Lucas team the chance to do just that by serving our #community. While volunteering we installed light fixtures, doors, flooring, door knobs, and more! Working with Kevin and the team at Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Opportunities who helped set all of this up was a memorable experience for all involved.

We want to give a HUGE and special thanks to Sara Beth Downing for coming out and visiting with some of our #team this week to talk all things #financial #wellness. How often do you seek feedback from your #customers? Annually, we have an outside organization conduct customer health check-up surveys on our behalf. Thank you RSPA - Retail Solutions Providers Association Jim Roddy Christopher Arnold! We send to every customer. Every is the word to emphasize. We aren’t looking for just the good, we are looking for the truth. Providing our customers the opportunity to tell us candidly (and anonymously, if they choose) how we are doing can be uncomfortable. We welcome the feedback. We have been doing this in an organized manner for 7 years and the responses we get are valuable, and seeing the YoY trends keeps us on track. We get all kinds of actionable intel from the results and I can’t help but to review the feedback personally and in near real time. We get valuable info such as: 🥇Product and Service ratings 💵 Buy Again rates ✅ Quality of solution ratings 📞 Responsiveness ratings 😀 Eager to help our customers ratings ✍🏼 Value for the money ratings ⏰ How quickly we solve problems ratings 👩🏼💻 How knowledgeable is our staff ratings And, a few of my favorites: 📈 CSAT score 💯 NPS score 🤝 And the open response to WCWBDBFY (what could we be doing better for you?) Thanks to all Lucas Systems, Inc. customers for their time in helping us see what is not always obvious.
