About us

We seek a more empathetic, democratic, and just world; A world in which peace and security prevail, human dignity, freedom of expression, kindness, and moderation are celebrated, and extremism and hatred are rejected; A world where people recognize our shared humanity, are compassionate towards the most vulnerable, and embrace critical thinking and listening skills as a pathway to stronger and more democratic societies.

Fellow leaders, join me to sign and commit to the Anti-Defamation League’s Workplace Pledge to Fight Antisemitism.   It is a moral imperative to condemn racism against Jews just like we must condemn any racism against any other group, including innocent Muslims or Palestinians that are targeted with violence amidst resentment against a small subset of violent extremists.     According to the ADL, antisemitic acts – i.e., acts of racism against Jews – including many incidents of hateful violence – have skyrocketed since the Hamas attacks. In the US and around the world, thousands of people are screaming out “Gas the Jews, F..k the Jews.”  My father lived through The Holocaust. It began with hatred and antisemitism. The Jewish community feels vulnerable, and your teammates need your support.   Our team at Camino Partners (formerly Equilibra) Partners and Lubetzky Family Foundation have proudly signed the Anti-defamation League’s Workplace Pledge to Fight Antisemitism. We commit to combat antisemitism and all forms of hate, and to support our Jewish teammates in the following ways: Through DEI educational strategies Through affinity groups and programs for Jewish and non-Jewish teammates alike With robust religious accommodation policies Through our social media and communications platforms   Sign the Pledge Here: https://lnkd.in/eGXssWDj    If a corporation felt it was inappropriate to stand up against terrorists during 9/11 or to speak out against gross atrocities or injustices in any other prior context, then it can be excused from speaking up now. If a company has taken any position over the prior decades to stand for human values or to stand by any vulnerable group, then it has a moral responsibility to stand by its Jewish employees and consumers.
