June 28 marks the 55th anniversary of the 1969 #Stonewall riots, a historic event that took place just a 20-minute walk from Little Island in the West Village. Pier 54, now Little Island, also holds deep significance in LGBTQIA history as a safe haven for the LGBTQIA community during the 1970s and early 80s. Today, we honor this legacy with Teen Night every Friday in the summer, offering young people aged 16-24 a safe space to connect with art, nature and community through workshops, panels and performances. Friends, family and allies are all invited to commemorate this significant event and celebrate this vibrant community at our Teen Night: Kiki Lounge with Haus of Us tonight at 7:00 p.m. 🏳️🌈
