We enjoyed the vibrant display of Vietnamese national pride and cultural identity by attending a celebration of the Ao Dai Day at the Designers Symposium. In Vietnamese, “Ao Dai” means “long dress”. It was wonderful to see how traditional attire can hold so much meaning, elegance, pride and express such a rich tapestry of cultural identity.
