Internationally renowned for groundbreaking research in eating disorders, bipolar disorder, obesity, and more, she has an impressive portfolio of over 400 scientific papers in leading medical journals. Recognized with numerous awards and honors, she has solidified her reputation as a trailblazer in mental health research and treatment. As Chief Research Officer, she currently oversees multiple studies in mood, anxiety, eating, and impulse control disorders, as well as genetics and psychopharmacology. Lindner Center of HOPE was honored to host a 3-day Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) event with the International OCD Foundation this past weekend. Around 35 mental health professionals from across North America attended this intensive training course in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for treating OCD and related disorders, led by expert Alec Pollard, PhD. We're thrilled to have been a part of this important initiative to advance OCD treatment!

Dr. Little's expertise lies in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which she utilizes to support patients with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and binge eating disorder.
