That’s why the Network is committed to making sure you know what’s going on and providing support. Courts can now legally ignore how agencies like the FDA and CDC interpret laws. This could impact critical issues like protections for trans patients and Medicaid access. In healthcare, we rely a lot on these agencies to make important decisions, and these cases weaken that ability.
