Meet our Vice President of Pre-Construction, Robert "RJ" Johnson. Known for his cheerful greeting, "It's another amazing day at Lexicon," RJ brings positivity to every interaction. 🔷 What do you do at Lexicon? I help support the people who do the real work at the job sites by doing my best to bid and keep work backlogged with the other team members. 🔷 How long have you been with Lexicon? 33 years in November of this year. I could not have done it without the support of my wife and family. 🔷 What is your definition of success? The success of the people that work with you in life. 🔷 Who or what motivates you? My faith in God, who put me here, is my first motivation: to do work that brings Him glory. I did not make myself, but I am the product of his purpose, and I am still working to that end, whatever it is yet to be. 🔷 What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job? How much our teams make it easier to do by the great jobs THEY do every day. 🔷 What are you most proud of in your career so far? That I am able to see others grow more as I move along through it. 🔷 What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy restoration projects. We have restored a 1970 F100 and a 1969 Mustang Mach 1. We did all the paint, body, and engine work ourselves. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you have put into Lexicon, RJ! Check out what's happening at Lexicon, Inc.! 🚚 Three massive crane girders are headed to the Hybar Rolling Mill in Osceola, AR. This particular crane girder is the 3rd to ship out, measuring 110 ft, 11 ¼” in length, and weighing a whopping 73,894 lbs.
