Pretty sweet to see Batch on a billboard in Times Square a few nights ago! A little backstory to why we went with 'we've got the real fun': Our marketplace features tons of curated experiences. What we think separates our marketplace from the pack is that we're not just uploading random stuff to our site.. Instead, we go really deep into understanding the interests of our bachelorette parties by relying on user data. This data driven focus led to very high conversion rates and average party spends. And now we're taking the same recipe and applying it to all of our new party types. Here's an example of how we 'go deep' using data >> When we're finding cool experiences for our parties, we don't source leads by Googling around and cold calling potential partners.. We use our app! Specifically, our itinerary feature logs 50,000 events per month. We comb this data to find the most popular experiences that are added to party itineraries and we stay laser focused on signing up those partners first. So, we don't try to 'find the fun' by telling you what to do on a party; our parties found the fun by actually experiencing it first hand! That's why 'we've got the real fun'. We are a few weeks into the launch of our new brand and we're seeing some pretty amazing early adoption. 30% of new parties are non-bachelorette. Here are the top 5 new party types: 1. Birthday 2. Bachelor 3. 'Good time' 4. Bridal Shower 5. Anniversary In addition, we're seeing divorce parties, fantasy drafts, dog's birthdays, and even destination weddings plan on our app. We're also starting to see frat parties and costume parties book party buses on our site. Today is a big day in the history of our company - we have rebranded to Batch! We are now the go-to platform for ALL parties to plan a trip and book fun experiences. We have gone deep into understanding our bachelorette parties for the past three years. So much so that 1 in 5 bachelorette parties in the US are on Batch this year to plan their trip, and 1 in 10 parties who are going to our marketplace cities book experiences with us. These numbers wouldn't be possible if it were not for staying laser focused on nailing the needs of our parties. In addition to maintaining our focus on the bachelorette market, we're focused on girls trips, birthday parties, and bachelor parties next, and we're keeping the same personalization in mind for our UX. At the end of the day, our app's core purpose is to give people the tools to plan an amazing time together. As for the experiences, hibachi chefs, private dining, and drag shows have exploded onto the scene this year. We're continuing to find the best celebratory experiences to book across the country; we'll be in 40 cities and have 3,000 curated experiences by the end of this year. I've had the pleasure of spending the entirety of my professional career building consumer brands from the ground up. I have never felt more of a personal connection to what we're putting out to the world today. I'm super grateful to our team for knocking this expansion out and putting together a final product that looks awesome.
