Meet Taylor Kehl. Prior to joining the Lennar family, Taylor worked for another builder as a Construction Manager. His experience in the industry and as a Construction Manager made an easy transition to joining Lennar. In 2021, Taylor wanted to seek a Land position, but the Indianapolis Division needed a Construction Manager. He took the role, and in 2022, he transitioned into a new role as a Customer Care Representative. Taylor then moved to a Virtual Customer Care Representative, and he is now a Customer Relations Manager for the Indianapolis Division. In this role, he considers himself a “Customer Care Swiss Army Knife.” Taylor supports the entire Customer Care Team in anything from escalations to unique Homeowner requests. He also serves on the new internal Quality Assurance program that ensures the Division is providing the highest quality homes to Lennar Homeowners. Taylor strives to create a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy Homeowner experience. Taylor says he has never worked for an organization that truly cares about their Associates the way Lennar does. His peers and leadership want to get to know him on a personal level, not just professionally. Taylor believes you are not just a number at Lennar - you are seen, and opinions and ideas are heard and implemented. Additionally, Taylor appreciates Lennar’s drive to give back to local Communities. The Indianapolis Division partners with Gleaners Food Bank every year to strive to become a hunger-free community. In addition, the Division just broke ground on their first home in partnership with Building Homes for Heroes that gifts mortgage-free homes to veterans. Taylor's support and leadership allow his team and peers to feel empowered and confident within their roles and positions at Lennar. He is present and always willing to help others. Congrats, Taylor! Fun Fact – Taylor is an avid golfer. His favorite golfer is Tiger Woods!
