It all started with a simple desire to create a high-quality electric bike that was durable, affordable, and fun. We accomplished just that with the Lectric XP 1.0 - but that was only the beginning. Soon, other eBikes joined the party including updated 2.0 and 3.0 versions of our flagship XP bike, along with launching a new line of award-winning eBikes, including our XP Lite, XPedition, XP Trike, XPeak, Lectric ONE, and the XPress. However, this incredible journey was not defined by our bikes, but the wonderful people who ride them. In the early years, our customers provided us with an abundance of grace. The pandemic created significant supply chain challenges that made delivering on our promises difficult. Yet you remained steadfast in your support of this fledgling family business that was struggling to gain traction. Your encouragement, perspective, and patience allowed us to successfully navigate these most difficult times. We connected through a shared love of riding and a desire to embrace the great outdoors. We extended a simple invitation: Come ride with us. And you did - plus so much more. You invited your family and friends to join us in this incredible adventure. In five short years, our community has grown to nearly 450,000, and our commitment to excellence has never been stronger. Consumer Reports, Better Business Bureau, Forbes, Good Housekeeping, and virtually all bike enthusiasts agree that Lectric eBikes is not only the eBike industry leader but also the model for value, customer service, engagement, and philanthropy.
