Your Leadership Montana journey starts today as applications for the Flagship Class of 2025 are OPEN! At the heart of the organization is this eight-month program that visits seven communities across the state. Each three-day session includes a leadership development curriculum customized for Leadership Montana which promotes personal growth and reflection, instruction using our hallmark Gracious Space, business tours and presentations from local community leaders to build awareness of state issues, and opportunities for networking and powerful relationship-building with classmates and alumni. Graduates of the program are expected to remain involved with the organization through community and statewide alumni meetings and special events.
