To safeguard yourself, try using secure mailboxes, keep a close eye on your bank statements, and go for electronic payments whenever you can. And here's a crucial tip: always sign checks with indelible black gel ink. Unlike the black or blue dye in ballpoint pens, gel-based ink won't wash off with household cleaners. This fund was created as a heartfelt tribute to John, who lost his life on May 10, 2000, at just 24 years old. After being diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at 15, John bravely battled his illness for 8.5 years, inspiring those around him to persevere. The primary mission of the fund is to offer scholarships to deserving elementary and high school students to help them further their education.
