Additionally, we are pleased to offer many of the most up-to-date laser treatments for tattoo removal, brown spot treatments, laser hair removal and vascular (blood vessel/spider vein) treatments. We have medical spa services including microneedling, facials, hydrafacials, microdermabrasions, Venus Viva (radiofrequency skin tightener) and laser facials. Las Vegas Dermatology was founded by Board Certified Dermatologist, H.L. Greenberg, M.D. and our newest physician is Vegas own Washington University and UCSD trained M.D. PhD, Dr. David Cotter.
