McKendreah, a Store Manager in Arkansas, has been with Lane Bryant for 7 years, where she has experienced a rewarding journey. Beginning as a part-time Sales Associate in her hometown of Jonesboro, McKendreah says she knew after two months she wanted to pursue a long-term career with Lane Bryant. New opportunities followed, shaping McKendreah’s leadership and retail journey. McKendreah shares, "It has been an awesome experience. My time with Lane Bryant has truly been an adventure that I wouldn't trade for anything." In her position, McKendreah creates a store environment where her team is supported and motivated. Her leadership style is informed by her background and degree in music. She explains, "As a musician it is up to me, the individual performer, to practice and learn my part so that when I come together with the ensemble, I'll be able to blend and sound as one.
