Our construction teams continue to reach new heights as we celebrate another construction milestone this week - the topping out of The Mark Knoxville. Set to open in August 2025, The Mark will offer 834 beds in a range of options from studios to five-bedroom apartments. Located northwest of UTK campus, the development will feature 25,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop pool with a Jumbotron, pickleball court, and a courtyard with fire pits and hammock groves. Last week, our Ann Arbor construction team celebrated topping out The Legacy at Ann Arbor, marking a significant milestone for this 19-story residential high-rise near the University of Michigan. Set to become the second-tallest residential building in Ann Arbor, The Legacy will offer 521 beds across 253 apartments. The development boasts over 9,700 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop pool deck with panoramic views of campus and downtown, along with ground-floor retail space enhancing its prime, walkable location. Last week, our Minneapolis-based Landmark Construction team celebrated topping out The Standard at Dinkytown, marking a key milestone for this 1,021-bed student housing project near the University of Minnesota.   Located in the heart of UMN's Greek Row, this development will offer a range of living options from studios to five-bedroom apartments, along with unparalleled amenities - including a resort-style pool with a jumbotron and a rooftop hot tub overlooking Minneapolis.   Congratulations to our hardworking construction crew on this significant accomplishment!

Landmark Properties is thrilled to announce our latest development in Syracuse, NY - The Standard at Syracuse, a 600 bed, 210-unit student housing community in partnership with W5 Group. Located just one block from Syracuse University's campus, this project will preserve the historic Temple Concord sanctuary while offering students fully furnished residences with private bathrooms, upscale finishes, and extensive amenities. Landmark Properties welcomes City Food Hall to The Mark Athens, bringing a vibrant culinary and entertainment destination to downtown Athens. Last week, The Jed Foundation (JED) released its new emergency preparedness guidebook, “Responding to a Suicide: Postvention Guidance for Student Housing Managers”, in partnership with the College Student Mental Wellness Advocacy Coalition and the Hi, How Are You Project. This much-needed resource equips student housing communities with best practices on handling the devastating loss of a resident, as well as implementing crucial suicide prevention and postvention measures to prioritize mental health support. Landmark is proud to be a part of the College Student Mental Wellness Advocacy Coalition, working to provide vital resources like this guidebook that prioritize the well-being of our student residents.
