A few weeks ago our own Britt Lundgren had a chance to chat with Ivy S. at the Boston Globe Media about her team’s work at Stonyfield Organic to find ways to reduce methane from organic dairy cows. Check out her piece linked below to learn more about our work and other exciting projects happening across New England to tackle methane emissions! Full story here:  https://t.co/qlY4r8wKmW

Director of Public Relations and Digital Strategy at Stonyfield and siggi's Yogurt

Linked In World - I’m hiring! Come join an innovative, breakthrough Consumer Engagement Team. We work hard, play hard, and have a lot of fun together in between. If mission and purpose, viral PR stunts, and strong media relationships is your thing, you’d be a great fit! Especially if you have agency background. We’re in the office three days a week (Bedford NH) and at home two days a week. I’ve been with Stonyfield since 2008 - which hopefully tells a lot about what it’s like being here if you haven’t seen one of my many passionate posts over the years. These days we lead the siggis and Brown Cow brands too - even more fun in the mix. Shoot me a note if you’re interested and please share!

This month we celebrate Katherine Cole's 5 year anniversary! Thank you Katie for your years of service and for sharing a little bit about what's kept you here. What’s your favorite Lactalis product? I am a siggi’s girl through and through! I love using a classic vanilla siggi’s cup in a granola parfait or in a fruit smoothie. The texture and protein can’t be beat! What’s kept you with the company for all these years. I would say that the people are the biggest piece of what has kept me here at LUSY. I adore the team that I work with, and our organization is filled with people who are supportive, imaginative, funny, and intelligent. I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in an organization where not only do coworkers get along well during business hours, but where we are also able to forge friendships that go beyond our place of work. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I think I either wanted to be a Marine Biologist, or a Librarian. I loved the idea of either being able to read all day, or swim with dolphins! What’s the one biggest thing you are looking forward to in 2024? In 2024 I am really looking forward to adventure and growth, both professionally and in my personal life! #lactalisexperience

This week, we celebrated World Food Safety Day 2024 with a sense of pride as our teams actively participated in Food Safety and Quality games. The fun activities included product tasting sessions, hand washing with UV, and HACCP Jeopardy. The kick-off with all Lactalis US Yogurt plants included a video on “Why food safety is important” and calls us to reflect on the importance of anticipating and managing situations to ensure our food remains safe. Food safety is everyone’s business.   We thank everyone who actively participated in this week's activities. Together, we will continue to strengthen our food safety culture, always prepared for the unexpected and committed to offering the best products to our consumers. This National Dairy Month, we're proud to announce our partnership with Feeding America to help end hunger and strengthen local communities. Dairy products are among the most requested but least donated items at food banks. Together, we’re committed to providing 1.5 million meals to those in need. Through this partnership and our volunteer initiatives, we're nurturing the future together. We invite everyone to join the fight to end hunger. Every dollar donated helps provide 10 meals for those in need! https://bit.ly/3yNa49B #EndHunger #NationalDairyMonth #LactalisUSA #FeedingAmerica #NurturingTheFuture

Each month, we celebrate an employee nominated by their team for outstanding leadership skills. For April, we are proud to recognize Ryan Lambert as our Leader of the Month. Ryan is Manager of Retail Sales (National). His team highlighted many reasons for this nomination: -Ryan lives and breathes our brands and business. When thanked for all his help on a recent project, where he went above and beyond, he responded with "One Team, One Dream!" -He has developed invaluable relationships with his store's department managers and it was evident during tours last month. -Ryan has been crushing it with the brokers! He is a true ambassador for LUSY and his passion and leadership are contagious. - He truly is a best-in-class example of merging knowledge with new learnings to help grow our business. #LactalisExperience #Leadership

This month, we're celebrating Felipe DeFelice's 5 year anniversary with our organization! Felipe is a leader in the Supply Chain department but there's much more to him than just supply planning: 🌎 Adventures in South America - Growing up in Chile, I've had the chance to explore some truly remote places in South America. These travels offered me unique experiences that felt like stepping into a different world. ⚽ Passion for Soccer - Whether it's watching, playing, or coaching, soccer has always been a big part of my life. There's something incredibly rewarding about being involved in the sport in so many different capacities. 🚜 Childhood Dreams - As a kid living near dairy farms, I often dreamt of being a farmer. It's fascinating to look back and see how our aspirations shape us. 💡 What Drives Me? - Faith, family, and friends. I'm incredibly grateful to have these pillars in my life. They inspire and motivate me every day. 🐾My Goofy Golden Retriever! She’s a complete goof and a blast to be around. It’s amazing how much joy a pet can bring into our lives.
