We enjoyed hosting our Q3 Employee Town Hall in the middle of our New York City office. Thanks to all who attended in-person and virtually to hear updates our CEO Jean-Luc Bruandet and additional company leaders!

Our team in Buffalo enjoyed a team building outing as they gathered to discover Pickleball. Our employees had a fantastic time together and certainly are understanding why this sport is gaining so much popularity. #LactalisExperience

Lactalis was proud to serve as a marquis sponsor of the 2024 American Cheese Society Conference in Buffalo, as we joined more than 1,000 members of the dairy industry in a spirit of collaboration and education. We enjoyed serving an extensive sampling of our portfolio of cheeses to conference attendees, and 12 Lactalis cheeses won medals in the ACS Judging & Competition. Thank you to all our teammates who worked to make this year’s ACS Conference a success and congratulations to our hardworking cheesemakers on your victories!

It’s one of the highlights of our summer – the Meridian Dairy Days took place this June near our production site in Nampa, Idaho. Lactalis was again proud to participate and raise money for our local 4-H and FFA, while educating our young neighbors about the value of careers in agriculture. Our team had a great time handing out samples in the parade and in the park throughout the weekend. Thanks to all who stopped by our “Old MacDonald’s Farm” and our pancake breakfast. The Meridian Dairy Days tradition has been going for 95 years and we look forward to more great times in the future.

What fun we had last weekend at the Twilight Criterium bike race in Boise. We started the event by hosting the inaugural Lactalis Kickoff Kids Bike Rodeo near our manufacturing facility in Nampa, teaching bike safety and providing Galbani cheese samples to our future riders. On Saturday, we saw some of the world's best compete in downtown Boise. Thanks to all who stopped by our booth. We hope you enjoyed!

We were proud to work with HOBY Youth Leadership on their Lasagna Love event earlier this month. Together, we provided lasagnas for more than 200 families in the Geneva, NY area. Our team donated 680 pounds of Galbani Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses and the HOBY Youth Leadership team spent two hours making the lasagnas for Heaven for the Homeless and Lasagna Love. It was an exciting event that made Father’s Day a little more special for some of our neighbors. Thank you to the HOBY team!

Lactalis is excited to be the presenting sponsor of the 37th annual Boise Twilight Criterium bike race this Saturday. On Friday, we begin the festivities with the inaugural Lactalis Twilight Criterium Kickoff Kids Bike Rodeo near our Nampa, Idaho manufacturing site. This new event is an exciting addition, extending the energy and footprint of the longstanding cycling competition to our backyard and will allow kids to learn fun skills and important bike safety tips. Cheers to spreading fun, safety and lifelong healthy habits to the next generation!

Did you know that Lactalis’ roots, and our President brand, trace back to 1933 in Laval, France? As we prepare to kick off a memorable summer, our President brand team is also kicking off the “Enjoy Paris” campaign. Our NYC office enjoyed the occasion with a picnic serving the best cheeses you can find!

Thanks to the members of our Culinary Trade Marketing Team who volunteered to help the SPCA with its “Wine, Wags & Brews” fundraising event. As part of our commitment to our local communities, employees are given 16 volunteer hours each year. In addition to helping the SPCA with their hours, this was a great team building event for our culinary team. Thank you to the SPCA for providing a tour after the event and sharing how you make a difference in the Western NY area.
