Location Scranton/Moosic, PA Description Seeking an individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, goal-centered environment. The accounting team works closely to assist in all aspects of commercial construction. Duties and Responsibilities • Accounts receivable • Accounts payable • Payroll processing and reporting requirements, such as certified payroll • Processing and paying vendor invoices • Assisting managers with client invoicing and processing client payments • Maintaining vendor and client files and other projects as assigned Requirements • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience • Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles and practices • Computer literate, proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook) in conjunction with accounting software (SAGE experience a plus) • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Prior experience in commercial construction a plus Email resume to: [email protected]
