We are proud to announce that Klett Consulting Group (KCG) has been awarded the Navy Lessons Learned (NLL) program contract, supporting the Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC). This critical program serves as a central nervous system for the U.S. Navy, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across diverse units engaged in global operations. KCG's dedicated team will play a key role in facilitating the NLL program. Our personnel will be strategically deployed in Norfolk, San Diego and Mayport along with three key OCONUS locations: -Bahrain: A strategically important hub in the Middle East, Bahrain serves as a central location for the U.S. Navy's Fifth Fleet operations. KCG's presence here will ensure effective capture and dissemination of lessons learned from missions in this vital region. -Naples, Italy: Home to the U.S. Sixth Fleet, Naples is a lynchpin for naval operations in the Mediterranean Sea. KCG's team will collaborate with personnel stationed here to extract valuable insights from exercises and deployments in this dynamic theater. -Yokosuka, Japan: Located in the heart of the Indo-Pacific region, Yokosuka serves as a forward-deployed base for the U.S. Seventh Fleet. KCG's presence here will be instrumental in capturing and sharing lessons learned from operations across the vast expanse of the Indo-Pacific. This contract award marks a significant milestone for KCG, signifying our expansion into the international arena and our commitment to supporting the U.S. Navy's mission readiness. By deploying highly skilled personnel to these strategic locations, KCG will play a vital role in ensuring that the Navy continues to learn from its experiences and adapt to ever-evolving challenges.

The KCG Cares program is thrilled to have sponsored the Rush Hurricanes' end of season party at Geno's Pizza! We are proud to have celebrated the team's hard work and accomplishments. Our team was especially excited to support Bill Piersol, a valued member of the KCG family for over three years, who serves as assistant coach for the 14-player soccer team - which included his grandson, Nathan! In the photograph, Nathan is the second player in blue from the left. At KCG, we are dedicated to supporting local sports teams and organizations in our community. We believe in the value of teamwork, dedication, and hard work, and we are honored to have the opportunity to support those who embody these values. We look forward to continuing to support local sports teams and organizations in the future.

This week, our president, Mike Klett, and Director of Operations, John Reuther, had the pleasure of attending the Surface Force Protection Conference #SFPC24 at Christopher Newport University's Center for American Studies. This conference provided a platform for industry leaders to discuss the defense solutions and logistical capabilities that our country is developing. The conference also provided an opportunity to engage in insightful discussions on improving the readiness challenges associated with deploying forces and moving sustainment to the point of need. Our community is fortunate to have such talented individuals who can collaborate and work together to make a meaningful impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to attend such an informative event and look forward to applying the knowledge gained towards our mission. #SFPC24 #DefenseSolutions #LogisticalCapabilities #Community #Collaboration #Impact
