KCP Thailand recently launched a series of customer events called "Go Green with Hygiene Bundle" that are designed to promote hygiene and environmental care through the Hygiene Bundle innovation. The main objective of the event was to educate customers about the entire product life cycle, from the design process to production, delivery, usage, and disposal, with a focus on ESG KPIs. One example of this is the dispensing system design, which allows users to take just one sheet at a time, reducing contact and improving hygiene. This system also helps to control usage, reducing waste and managing costs efficiently. The new AIRFLEX* technology uses less paper pulp while still maintaining higher performance than general paper in Thailand. Choosing paper pulp that is FSC™ and Thailand Green Label certified is socially responsible and environmentally friendly. The grand kick-off event was held on June 18, 2024, with 139 delegates from 70 leading companies in Thailand, both existing and prospective customers. The event received over 90% satisfaction for overall events, including contents and knowledge, guest speakers, hotel and accommodation, and services. KCP established the Golden Service Awards in the UK over 30 years ago, to recognise excellence in the cleaning and Facilities Management (FM) industry, and to inspire and reward those companies and individuals who continually raise standards. The Golden Service Awards demonstrate KCP's commitment to advancing the wellbeing of one billion people in under-served communities by recognising and celebrating the unsung heroes of our industry, those who all too often are under-appreciated and often unseen.   This year's awards ceremony took place in London on 23 May and played host to 57 finalists representing 28 companies (a 30% increase in entries), and around 500 industry representatives, fellow manufacturers, distributors, contract cleaning and FM companies, as well as local authorities and hospitals, joined us at the celebration.
