On Friday, August 16th, over 80 dedicated Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) members united as ONE to make a significant difference in the lives of TWO amazing homeowners. The event was the culmination of months of hard work, from collaborating with the Rebuilding Together Seattle team and visiting the homes to creating detailed work scopes and securing generous donations of products, services, and funds. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to James Ohrn (he/him), CAPS, CSCS, CAMT and Terry Spivey, our 2024 project managers. Your tireless efforts and commitment were instrumental in the success of the day, and I truly appreciate the long hours you both devoted. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the following companies for their invaluable contributions: HD Supply, Ferguson, Mono Rooftop Solutions, FINNMARK Property Services, Fikes, Alliance Flooring Services, Malone's Landscape, SavATree, Sherwin-Williams, Commercial Fire Protection, and ManageMowed, 1UP Floors, FPI Management, The Plumbing & Drain Company, Cloud9 Sports and SERVPRO of Seattle Northeast. Your donations of products, services, and funds played a crucial role in this project. I am incredibly grateful to the additional volunteers who contributed over 500 hours of their time and expertise. Your dedication was evident and greatly appreciated. Volunteers from: ATI Restoration, LLC, Avenue5 Residential, Greystar, Kennedy Wilson, PREM1ER, LLC, Prime Residential, ProGrass Landscape Care & Design, Tarragon Property Services, The Liberty Group, Thrive Communities, and WMFHA - thank you for your hard work and enthusiasm. Lastly, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Garrett and Ms. Morgan. Thank you for welcoming us into your homes, trusting us to fulfill our promises, and allowing us to build friendships along the way. Your trust and warmth were truly inspiring. Together, we’ve made a meaningful impact, and I am so proud of what we have accomplished as a community. Thank you all for your incredible support and dedication. #WMFHAGives #NAAGives

Our parents & youngsters Meet the Bees session is always one of the highlights of the summer 🐝 It's a great opportunity for our Towers community to bring their children along to learn more about the importance of bees and #biophilia, and of course how to extract the honey! 🍯 A great way to keep the kids entertained during the school holidays, and see where their parents work. #TowersLife #ESG #Bees #MeetTheBees #Sustainability Kennedy Wilson CBRE UK
