    A huge thank you to LEGACY, our Black Employee Resource group, for a Black History Month celebration that truly brought home the power of community and connection.     The Bay Area’s rich history of Black art is known the world over for its messages of empowerment, transformation, and self-determination.     Two weeks ago we hosted our annual KNCT (Kendo, Nurture, Create, Transform) conference. Kendoites from across the globe converged to champion our collective vision for the year ahead, fostering an atmosphere of innovation, collaboration, and unity. This event served as a melting pot where new connections were formed, old friendships were reignited, and endless possibilities were explored. We celebrated each other's successes, learned with and from one another, and embraced our collective diversity.
