Children’s Village is a special place filled with providers and caregivers that are passionate about the children they care for and we look forward to continuing to support them through the construction process.
MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital held a ceremonial construction kickoff event to celebrate the expansion of Children's Village, a clinic providing over 30 different services to children with special health needs. The Children's Health and Medical Program Campaign hopes the expansion of the Children's Village and upgrading the Family Birth Center will increase access to medical pediatric specialty services—as much as 52% in the next five years.

It's been a whirlwind of holiday cheer for the KDA Architecture team! The festivities kicked off last week at the AIA Central Washington Annual Holiday Party, where our very own founding partner, Rod Knipper, received a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award! We couldn't be prouder of his incredible contributions to the architecture community. This week, the celebrations continued with our own office holiday party, and let's just say the blueprints for a good time were definitely on point! From tables filled with delicious food to non-stop laughter echoing through the room, it was a night filled with joy, connection, and a healthy dose of holiday spirit. We're raising a glass (or two) to our amazing team, the incredible talent we get to work with every day, and the inspiring work we've accomplished together this year. Here's to a season of joy, peace, and good design! Cheers!

The Confluence team was amazing to work with. They were fully engaged in the process all the way through design. You could tell that they were passionate about bringing these services to the community.
We Celebrated our Grand Opening of the Moses Lake Radiation Oncology Center this past weekend. The new facility has been in the works for several years. This facility was truly built for the community by our community, and we appreciate all of the donors. “This was a really important day, not only for Confluence Health staff, providers, and patients, but for all the residents of the Columbia Basin,” remarked Spencer Green, oncology service line director for Confluence Health who was heavily involved with the development of the project. “This project represents the hopes, efforts, and investment of this entire community in the health and well-being of their friends and neighbors, and we’re so happy to be a part of it.” #community #healthcare #grandopening #MosesLake #bettertogether #buildforthecommunity #byourcommunity #weareconfluence
