Mohammed’s journey from child laborer to computer engineer proves that education is the key to unlocking endless possibilities. Mohammed was one of the first children to join Karam Family program, along with his family. He had been out of school for over three years and was working long hours at a gas station, a job considered dangerous for a child. In 2015, Mohammed's family received support from the program, allowing him to return to school starting in the 9th grade. He continued his studies and successfully graduated from high school. Mohammed was also among the first participants in the studio program, graduating in its inaugural ceremony. Just one month ago, Mohammed graduated as a computer engineer. As we kick off our back-to-school campaign, let's remember that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow.
