GROW stands for: G - Goal 🏆 This first step involves identifying what you want to achieve. Goals should be specific, measurable, and time-bound. Think of this as the final destination you’re aiming for. To define a strong goal, ask yourself: ⭐ What exactly do I want to accomplish? ⭐ How will I know when I’ve achieved it? R - Reality 🌎 In this phase, you assess the current situation, understanding where you are in relation to your goal. This helps you identify obstacles, opportunities, and resources that can influence the outcome.
