We are pleased to announce that Heather Zeilman has joined Kachinga as SVP of Customer Experience & Programs. Welcome, Heather! Heather’s background in customer success spans nearly two decades in public, nonprofit and private sectors. From consumers to business partners, schools, and non-profits, her empathetic lens applied to understanding customers' needs has proven to positively influence their journeys. Heather brings a systems and design thinking approach to change management and creative innovation. As the COO at Buildlane – an online marketplace for interior designers and furniture builders – she knows great UX design coupled with high level human support is critical to the customer experience.  Heather lives with her husband Vic and their son Finn in the Gunnison Valley of Colorado.
