Heather brings a systems and design thinking approach to change management and creative innovation. As the COO at Buildlane – an online marketplace for interior designers and furniture builders – she knows great UX design coupled with high level human support is critical to the customer experience. Heather lives with her husband Vic and their son Finn in the Gunnison Valley of Colorado.
