🌟 Innovating at the Intersection of Technology and Product Management🌟 We are excited to announce the successful completion of our pro-bono project, a collaboration between Johns Hopkins Product Management Club and Motorola Solutions. This endeavor exemplifies the integration of technological innovation with the art of product management, all aimed at enhancing security and well-being. Congratulations to Kartik Pandya, Dhruv Bhagwat, and DEYA GHOSH CHATTERJI for their successful and impressive contributions to this project! Major contributions were made by these talented individuals and facilitated by Spandana Shekar. 🔍 Our project delved deeply into complex environments, focusing on mitigating various risks. It was more than just a project; it was a commitment to protecting those on the front lines. 🎯 Over three months of rigorous work, our team conducted interviews with esteemed professionals, performed market and competitive research, and held client meetings and brainstorming sessions. This comprehensive effort culminated in a presentation to professionals from Motorola Solutions, helping the company identify product gaps, design, and integrate an effective, user-friendly body camera solution for a specific market. The team from JHPMC not only identified suitable product features but also developed a go-to-market strategy. The professionals at Motorola Solutions were impressed with the team’s outputs and research. Throughout the process, they were supported by Adwiti Liberatore, a PM at Motorola Solutions, who provided invaluable insights into the real-world applications of product management fundamentals.
