Meet Julie Dezzi, who started at UHS in 2016 as an Executive Assistant. “My first introduction to the organization was the most amazing work colleagues. They were determined, hardworking, and could balance the rigors of the work-life balance,” Julie said. “In 2017, an opportunity came to support the head of the Information Services department that provided me with a variety of different responsibilities that were not only befitting to my personality but my job strengths as well.” In these eight years, Julie says the job has grown exponentially, in ways that she never thought when she was first hired. So, what does she enjoy most about the job? According to Julie, it’s the relationships she has formed. She adds that while working in the C-suite she gets to see such sizable impacts that come from all departments and facilities that truly make a difference. “It’s rewarding to see the decision-making and hard work that comes from UHS to make this company such a huge success,” she said. Julie’s motto is “Tired minds don’t plan well. Sleep first, plan later.” — Walter Reisch Interested in learning more about our open opportunities?
