We would like to take a second to recognize Mr. Russell Riemann on his recent personal and professional accomplishments. Rusty has been a JCTMer for nearly 2 years now and has performed with excellence in his role as an Emerging Technology Analyst. Through JCTM's Training & Education policy, Rusty signed up for and successfully completed the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) training and received his certification after passing the exam this month. The combination of his superb work ethic and newly obtained certification enabled JCTM to internally promote Rusty to a higher Senior Cybersecurity Analyst position.    Facilitating employee personal and professional growth through continuing education/certification and internal promotions are key aspects of JCTM's employee growth plan and it is great to see Rusty embrace the increased responsibility.   Congrats on the new certification and position Rusty!   #EmployeeGrowth #EmployeeSpotlight #EmployeeAppreciation
