Porter •   Content Curation is critical to utilizing your content for AI implementation. And it’s a Best Practice even if you’re not doing an AI implementation. Val Swisher •   Done well, your support site will draw more web traffic than your marketing site. Patrick Bosek •  Software developers who work with high-quality documentation have higher productivity, job satisfaction, and less burnout. Michelle Irvine •   Failure can be a catalyst for success if you learn from it and use it as an opportunity to grow.
