At the start of the pandemic, remote work became the new norm. Now, four years later, many companies are requiring employees to return to the office, facing resistance. With 14% of employees refusing to return. Hybrid work schedules offer a compromise, balancing employee satisfaction with in-office teamwork. Key statistics to keep in mind with these changes: 🔹 63% of employees value the ability to work remotely occasionally, more than a salary at 61%. 🔹 79% of managers believe their team is more productive working remotely. 🔹 36% of employees find in-person onboarding less confusing than remote onboarding. 🔹 Gen Z is the least likely to apply to remote-only roles, preferring social interaction. 🔹 Companies typically allow employees to work from home 2.2 days per week.
