    As of July 2024, AI is revolutionizing accounting and finance operations. Startups like Ember, Layer Financial, and Teal are integrating AI into platforms to streamline tasks. Others, such as Rows.com and gptexcel, LLC, are creating smart spreadsheets, while Lili targets specific bookkeeping needs. For those who prefer established solutions, major players are rolling out AI features: 🔹 Xero's Just Ask Xero (JAX) for quotes and invoice management 🔹 QuickBooks' Intuit Assist for financial analytics 🔹 Sage's upcoming Copilot 🔹 SAP's Joule for advanced workflows As we look at these new tools, we must remember that many AI functionalities are still in development, often labeled "beta" or "experimental." And we should expect reliability issues as the technology matures. Despite mixed results, the future looks bright with significant transformations ahead.     At the start of the pandemic, remote work became the new norm. Now, four years later, many companies are requiring employees to return to the office, facing resistance. With 14% of employees refusing to return. Hybrid work schedules offer a compromise, balancing employee satisfaction with in-office teamwork. Key statistics to keep in mind with these changes: 🔹 63% of employees value the ability to work remotely occasionally, more than a salary at 61%. 🔹 79% of managers believe their team is more productive working remotely. 🔹 36% of employees find in-person onboarding less confusing than remote onboarding. 🔹 Gen Z is the least likely to apply to remote-only roles, preferring social interaction. 🔹 Companies typically allow employees to work from home 2.2 days per week. Creating a policy that meets both employer and employee needs can be challenging, but hybrid work is a great compromise. In our office, hybrid schedules are the top demand from candidates. She paid for her own advanced degree while working 2 jobs and attending school full time and obtained some fantastic experience along the way at Buff Gold Ventures. She is smart as a whip, an exceedingly hard worker, poised and likable. The highpoints of her education are as follows: Graduating in top 10% of 2024 class and recipient of MS Finance Awards Scholarship. Throughout his career, Peter has worked in Chicago and Denver, assisting candidates and clients in various industries, including real estate, construction, marketing, energy, public relations, manufacturing, professional services, and technology. Peter prides himself on his conscientious approach, prioritizing transparency and diligence to foster unity among candidates and clients. Peter expresses, "I enjoy building relationships and working closely to understand what the individual candidate is looking for in a career pivot.
