🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳 Ionic Development is incredibly proud to be a part of this team! If you haven't yet, check out a our proposal: https://lnkd.in/dUTaBgJW
We are excited to read about the federal grant announced last week by Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and Senator Markey and the impact it is projected to have on tree canopy and job creation in Boston. https://lnkd.in/e-JPBYmM And we thank the Mayor for her vision on this important issue. Our vision for our new proposal to develop the parcels adjacent to the BCEC on D and E Streets is to contribute, meaningfully, with solutions like those outlined in Boston's Urban Forest Plan. We believe it is vital that new development like what we are proposing includes innovative approaches to solving heat islands, which often impact some of the city's most under-serviced communities and urban areas. Great development isn't just about the buildings, but the long-term community impact - social, cultural, environmental and more. This kind of environmental impact is exactly what we are aiming for with our arboretum, which is one of several centerpieces anchoring the bid by Cronin Development Ionic Development Company Sasaki Street2Ivy Linda Dorcena Forry Tommy Maddox-Upshaw to develop the parcels adjacent to the MCCA's Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
