Each summer, we partner with James Madison University (JMU) to send groups of students to New Zealand and Australia for immersive internships in a variety of fields. 👏 Not only do students have access to quality internship placements, on-site support, and exciting excursions, but they also get to participate in our comprehensive Bridging Cultures Orientation! The interns appreciated the opportunity to learn more about Māori culture at the Auckland Museum and explore the beautiful west coast of New Zealand. 🇳🇿 Special thanks to JMU Study Abroad & Angeline McMullin for helping to make this trip possible! ➡️ Interested in planning a one-of-a-kind internship program like this for your students? NEW PROGRAM ALERT 🔥 We're a few weeks into an incredible strategic program with The University of the South (Sewanee) custom-made for students in the school's firefighter training program. 👨🚒👩🚒 🇨🇷 Sewanee's future firefighters traveled to San José, Costa Rica, where they've been touring the country, engaging in service-learning, eating yummy local food, and getting valuable hands-on training! 🚒 A highlight of the trip so far has been the group's visit to the Santa Ana Fire Station, a station in a rural area that covers a large population, where the students formed a strong connection to the community. 💜 We're grateful to Sewanee for their dedication to education abroad for every student, including those who might not otherwise have time to go abroad. Go Tigers!! Interested in building a strategic program like this for your students or school? Let us know! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dgRpkJWk
