***New Employee Spotlight Update*** Lon Rogers joined our team in the Summer of 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager and is learning the ropes under an IICC Senior Project Manager at GM Marion. Lon's dedication, work ethic and effort makes him a valuable member of the IICC Team. Lon's future is very bright! "Having been with IICC for about a year and a half my experience has been great and I have learned a lot about the automotive industry. I have been able to build on many of the management skills I developed through college and internships, as well as apply knowledge from past experiences to help navigate the ever-changing atmosphere of the projects. I have been fortunate enough to be onsite for a program from its start, through various project types, to an installation. I have also been fortunate enough to receive support from a world class group of IICC employees, who have helped me better understand the work behind the scenes and on the floor of a large installation project. The teamwork among IICC employees and willingness to help is important on projects at the scale that IICC handles. ***New Employee Spotlight*** Aditya Taware is a '22 MS graduate of the MSU Construction Management Program and joined International as an Assistant Project Manager in June 2023. "As I continue my journey with IICC, I feel a deep sense of respect and value for my contributions to the firm. Throughout my tenure, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional Project Managers across various projects, such as the Detroit Hamtramck Factory Zero, the GM plant at Lake Orion, and the Shutdown project at Arlington, TX. Each Project Manager has imparted invaluable lessons that have contributed significantly to my growth. For instance, working on the Detroit Hamtramck Factory Zero project taught me the importance of adaptability and agility in the face of evolving project requirements. The GM plant at Lake Orion project underscored the significance of meticulous planning and coordination to ensure seamless execution. Similarly, the Shutdown project at Arlington, TX, emphasized the criticality of effective communication and stakeholder management in high-pressure environments. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but have also instilled in me a deeper understanding of project management principles and best practices. I'm grateful for the mentorship and guidance provided by each Project Manager, as they have played a pivotal role in shaping my professional journey.
