ABU DHABI, 16th October, 2023 (WAM) -- Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) has revealed that investors from over 170 counties have chosen the UAE to invest, grow, and expand over the past decade, reaffirming the trust of the global investment community in the country’s strong fundamentals and positive outlook. Addressing the 8th World Investment Forum (WIF), organised by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), which commenced in Abu Dhabi Today, Al Zaabi reiterated that Abu Dhabi and the UAE's commitment to fostering collaboration, strengthening economic partnerships, and tackling the pressing global challenges of our era. As the healthcare landscape undergoes transformation due to factors like ageing populations, rising chronic diseases, and shifts in lifestyle choices, technology, particularly AI, is playing an increasingly vital role. An artificial intelligence researcher at Google says fixing fairness in the technology "isn't a simple thing," but the world has an opportunity to get it right as the software explodes in popularity. As a growing number of research studies analyse the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in detecting diseases or interpreting patient data, these technologies could soon become more widely available in doctors’ offices. But how could that change the workload for doctors and nurses? According to the research of Arkinvest, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Precision Agriculture (Ag) have the potential to reduce annual agricultural operating costs by more than 22% globally. AGCO Corporation, CNH Industrial, Deere & Company, and Komatsu, among other companies, are creating innovative solutions to boost farm productivity. Last year, Deere announced plans to launch a fully autonomous corn and soybean production system by 2030—beginning with the Autonomous 8R Tractor.
