This poster presents: A quality initiative focused on BRCA and HRD testing and use of first line maintenance in advanced ovarian cancer. This quality initiative resulted in an increase in HRD testing (41% to 73%), BRCA testing (86% to 96%), and use of 1st line maintenance (57% to 88%). The poster will present: A quality initiative in BRCA testing and timing of BRCA test prior to Surgery in HER2- early-stage breast cancer. This quality initiative focused on BRCA testing among HER2 – BC pts led to an improvement from 44% to 56% of pts being tested. Among those who were tested, there was an increase from 58% to 80% tested prior to surgery. The program encourages diversity of thought within the company, serving as an innovation catalyst that solves an operational or technical challenge facing our customers, the company, or our industry.   The DI Program provides Subject Matter Experts in their respective fields a unique opportunity to help establish a culture of continuous innovation and operational excellence by tackling difficult problems, developing innovative solutions, and advising senior leadership on progressive technology, ideas, and process improvements.   The "Distinguished" honor recognizes a select group of accomplished innovators each year who consistently lead, perform, inspire, and contribute at an elite level.   DI's will be selected through peer nominations, and a combination of peer & senior leadership voting. Up to 5 individuals will be selected for the designation each year and will hold the title for 2 years.   Awards include but are not limited to a monetary award & education dollars.   We thank all our employees for your hard work & dedication and look forward to recognizing your exemplary achievements.
