InStride Health

Mental Health Care

Evidence-based anxiety and OCD treatment for kids, teens, and young adults (ages 7-22).

About us

InStride Health specializes in treating young patients whose anxiety or OCD is causing significant impairment in life (i.e., school avoidance, restriction of activities, social isolation, family disruption, and physical manifestations). The dedicated care team of psychiatrist, therapist and exposure coach guides patients as they face their fears in the real world, using everyday tools like text, phones, and video chat to stay connected in real-world situations. InStride communicates with the patient’s support system, including the pediatrician, school resources, and family, to identify effective ways to provide support and create a community of care.

Last night we celebrated this year’s Top 50 in Digital Health honorees with Rock Health’s annual Top 50 awards dinner in San Francisco. The honorees are leaders expanding access to healthcare, writing healthcare policy, scaling companies, and moving technology from bench to bedside. It was so special to gather as a community to commemorate their achievements—and it was a fabulous kickoff to this week’s slate of Rock Health events. Please join us in congratulating our Top 50 honorees again! Katie Drasser Megan Zweig Bill Evans #Top50inDigitalHealth #RHSummit24

VP of People at InStride Health

It's my favorite team of the year! Our annual InStride Health Team Retreat took place last week in Ashland, MA. In honor of one of our core values, embracing community, over 160 InStriders came together to celebrate our mission - to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care that works for every kid, teen, young adult, and family who needs it. We kicked off the retreat grounding ourselves in just that, by getting to hear directly from some of our graduated patients and families... it was one of the most inspiring conversations I've ever been a part of. Every day I feel lucky to get to contribute to this mission and to this team. There is so much left to accomplish - I know we have so many more lives to positively impact, including those of our team members! If you're interested in joining a team of the most passionate, mission-driven individuals, check out our open roles here: https://lnkd.in/ebcNxZ69
