Great to kick off the 2024 TRB Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board last week in Washington, DC. Our partner Gustavo Riente de Andrade TRBAM started early with the Highway Capacity Committee meetings, where the future of the Highway Capacity Manual and traffic engineering research and practice was a central topic of discussion. Our partner Gustavo Riente de Andrade had a busy schedule of Florida Professional events this Fall, starting with the #FLPRITE Annual Meeting in Saint Petersburg, followed by the First Coast October Luncheon Meeting, in Gainesville and a wrap-up with the Florida Model Task Force (#FSUTMS) meeting, in Orlando. In common, great opportunities to network with fellow transportation professionals, share experiences, and learn current and future trends in transportation modeling, planning, and traffic engineering.
