As we close out Hispanic Heritage Month, we're proud to spotlight three final members of our team: Emmanuel Arteaga, Nikole R., and Vanessa Carvajal. Manny is a first-generation Mexican-American who wholeheartedly embraces his Latino heritage. As an Associate on our Strategy & Analytics Team, he analyzes data sheets and excels at social listening projects, crafting queries to track online conversations and emerging trends. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at coffee shops, relaxing at the beach, watching or playing soccer, reading, enjoying comedy, and hanging out with his dog, Rollie. While proudly identifying as Brazilian, Nikole is our only Trends & Strategy Specialist on the Onefluential side. She’s an expert at crafting decks and a go-to resource for random and niche knowledge, particularly around what’s trending in the world of beauty. Outside of work, she loves going to the beach, working out, and is currently learning how to surf. Vanessa is a Onefluential Client Solutions Specialist and Colombian-American, Spanglish-speaking Brooklynite. She loves to run, especially long runs to the beach with an ocean dip afterward. Later in the session, was so proud of her when she dropped this knowledge bomb: “ #creators can’t be a line item on the plan.” Explaining that creators need to be fully integrated into the creative process starting with the briefing. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We pioneered this at BofA many years ago and, at that time, some of Helen’s former colleagues weren’t as enthusiastic about this practice as she clearly is.
